
How do I BBQ sauce used to cook a brisket in a crockpot?
The brisket weighs 3 lbs.
I always cook my pulled pork (shoulder CUT) in the crock pot …. I use a fifty fifty mix of BBQ and water until it covers nearly the meat. (Usually around a large bottle of sauce) Cook on high for about 8 hours. (I think it would be the same for a chest beef, but you can play with the cooking time.) Drain all the liquid before grinding the meat. Serve as is or put on lists bulk. You can add sauce to taste thereafter. I use Sweet Baby Ray BBQ sauce …. so delicious!
