Help. Menu / Recipes for my party?
I am a casino night / warming house. The grid will be burgers and hotdogs. I want some Additional appetizers / finger food type. I am interested in these simple but delicious recipes. Stuffed bellpeppers, the mixture crockpot cheese, artichoke dip with spinach or something. All I can prepare the night before and / or just be really appreciated. I am a procrastinator and know the day will be chaotic.
Make or buy a tray of vegetables. Make Ranch dip, buy a packet of buttermilk ranch home and add 1 cup buttermilk and 1 cup of mayonnaise and mix well. Delicious with vegetables or cheese. Doing so ensures the flavors to "marry". Recipe for DIP Slow Cooker: Brown and drain 1 or 2 lbs. ground beef. Put in crock pot and add a box or two of Rotel tomatoes depending on the amount of meat you and Velveeta cheese. Cook over low heat. Add the jalapeno peppers with dip, or serve in a dish on the side. Good served with blue corn chips.
