Tip Beef Recipe Beef Stroganoff?

I am looking for an easy recipe for those without using packaged soups. I eating cream golden mushroom soup and beef broth (Paste it in a jar). I do not however have the sour cream or wine. So if someone has missed a Tip Beef Sauce recipe or another version of stroganoff without the sour cream or wine I'd love to have the recipe. I DONT care as if the recipe is in the slow cooker, oven or on the stove top.

Cooking time: 25 minutes Ingredients: / 2 to 2 pounds top sirloin roast January 1, trimmed 1 tsp salt 1 tsp teaspoon black pepper 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon flour all purpose flour 1 cup beef stock or broth 1 medium onion, quartered and sliced 3 tablespoons sour cream, room temperature Preparation: Cut beef into narrow 2-inch thick long strips about 1/2-inch. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Melt 1 tablespoon butter soup in a medium saucepan. Stir in flour Gradually add beef broth, stirring and cook until thickened and smooth. spoon Heat remaining tablespoon of butter 1 and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat; quickly strips of meat and onion all sides. Add meat and onions to beef sauce. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes Stir in sour cream and heat through, but do not boil. Serve on buttered noodles, or rice. 4 is used.
