Cooking a pork tenderloin. Ideas??
Although I am a meat lover, I never acquired a taste for pork well. Boyfriend love pork tenderloin. I bought one. It mesquite seasoned. I intend to serve with black beans and rice to Cuba. BUT. How do I cook this thing, other than a grid (which is not an option, since I live in an apartment.)?? I'm 28, a cook enough accomplished who cooks for about 5-6 days a week. I'm not afraid of difficulties or problems ….. how does it taste better?? I want opinions personal ideas …. my mother suggested I use my crock pot, but as I said, I'm just looking for opinions good!

I always put mine in the crock pot on low for 8 hours. Everyone seems to love.
