Brisket recipe for crockpot? Jewish holiday coming up-need help!?

I have a recipe already, but it is for the oven, does anyone know if ,or how I have to alter it to cook in crock pot?? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I am a former chef and I would sear it first then do what ever you intend to do, when adding the liquid only half way and then start it on high until it starts to bubble the lower it for 4-6 hours, you want if tender, not falling apart for the seder, Also do not add to much salt, it will concentrate during the cooking, if you use veg for flavour, cut them rather large or they will breakdown to quick.
