Purchased Cube Steak instead of round steak … Can I still use cube steak recipe for my slow cooker pepper steak?
I have not read the recipe before buying the ingredients and I bought the cube steak instead of round. I always used round, and it worked great … but I'm in a pinch and need to know if this will work. Usually I cut the round steak into strips and mix with ginger and soy sauce and add the peppers and onions and simmer in crock pot to low all day. Cube steak I cut all … but when I noticed the meat was cutting not the same as I remembered, I checked the recipe again and here I had some bad meat. Can I still use cube steak in this recipe? Or will just fall apart like ground beef?
it should be fine … cube steak is traditionally composed of series … and the slow cooker will do wonders for her … it's about ownership of the cup … same cup …. just a little abused. .. but it will … it is not land … just wait
