Pork and pineapple curry 1kg (2lb) lean pork, cut into cubes 40g flour 5 ml (1 tsp) salt 2 tbsp tablespoons cooking oil 1 large onion, chopped 15 ml (1 tablespoon mL) curry powder 15 ml paprika pepper 300ml chicken stock 2 dried chillies 1 tsp tablespoons mango chutney 1 tbsp Tea Worcester Sauce 454g (1 lb) can tracks pineapple (incl. syrup / juice) 2 bay leaves Toss pork in flour and salt. In a large skillet, heat oil and brown the meat. Nightlife on a plate with a spoon drain. In the same pan, fry the onions until tender. Stir in curry powder and pepper paprika. Skip for 2 minutes then return meat to skillet. Mix well and cook for few minutes. Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil and transfer to SC. Cook for recommended time. Remove bay leaves before serving. High 3-4 hours. Auto 6-8 hours.
