I have friends who are from Pakistan. They want to be part of their food home, but have no access to a stove. I wonder if the rice, and such things Lentell can be cooked in the microwave or in a crock pot or casserole. I am also looking for quick solutions to Indian / Pakistani food. Thank you much!
Yes, you can cook the rice in the nukker. There should be instructions on the bag, but I do the same with water: report of rice that I use on the stove and nuke it for 17 minutes, covered. I do not know about Lentell, but I do not think so because Lentell beans are exploding. HTH
