Does anyone have a crock pot recipe Beefstew EASY?

I really want this for 2 weeks, I just want a simple recipe for Beefstew I can throw my crock pot and be done with it. haha …. do not forget the dumplings YUM! Suggestions?

* 2 pounds. Rouelle of beef stock * 1 bag of carrots * 2 stalks celery, chopped onion, chopped * 2 * 2 cloves garlic, minced * 14-ounce can diced tomatoes, undrained cups of broth Beef * 2 * 1 c. tea. dried thyme leaves * 1 / 3 cup water * 3 tbsp soup. * 1-1/2 cups bread flour mix * 1 / 2 c. tea. * Dried thyme leaves 1 / 2 cup milk Topping excess fat from steak and cut into 1-inch pieces. Place in slow cooker with carrots, celery, onions, garlic, tomatoes, beef broth and 1 c. tea. thyme. Cover the slow cooker and cok on low heat for 8-10 hours until vegetables are tender.In small bowl, mix water and flour and mix. Stir into slow cooker. In a medium bowl, combine biscuit mix, 1 / 2 c. to tea. thyme and milk until dry ingredients are moistened. Drop by spoonfuls onto beef mixture into a heated pot. Cover and cook on high for 25-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted in center of dumplings comes out clean.
