
First time roast in the oven or slow cooker?
Thank you in advance. I roast eye of round. I have always done in the crockpot – But I thought I could actually try the oven. Am I crazy? Does anyone have a foolproof method?
I think everyone has a different way of cooking roast them, so it's really up to you to eat Thet as you like:) I like to cut large potatoes whole 4ths in half and use carrots cut into chunks of onions with salt and pepper, and 6 Boullion beef cubes to mine in the pot oven or Crock, what I like in the slow cooker it is cooked slowly throughout the night is so tender and good luck
