Crock pot recipe? Please help!?

I need a slow cooker recipe.It must involve meat.My hamburger daddy is sick fever.Im with a 11 and my brother is 9 and really picky.He hates all vegetables except corn.He not eat anything except green apples and needs to candy.It take 4 hours.

Tijuana Pie 1 1 / 2 pounds ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 teaspoon salt 1 / 4 teaspoon pepper Coffee 3 to 4 cups cheese, grated 1 10 ounces enchilada sauce 1 8-ounce tomatoes 2 cans of 16 ounces of chili bean sauce 1 16 ounces corn, drained 1 6 ounces pitted olives, drained 6 or more corn or flour tortillas Brown beef, onion, garlic and seasonings. Wipe inside crock pot with oil. Place 1 tortilla in bottom. Pour the mix a little meat sauce and cheese. Top with another tortilla and layer on a bean, cheese and corn section. Drop a few olives. Continue alternating layers, ending with cheese on top and olive. Cover and cook low 5 to 7 hours. Serve with additional hot tortillas. If you cook this recipe at the top, it will only take 3-4 hours … and you can always ignore things your brother will not eat. Enjoy!
