When do you throw in the scallops when you speak with jambalaya slow cooker?
I know when you make jambalaya with a crock pot, if you add shrimp, you add them (depending on what temperature setting you slow cooker is on) the last, say 45 minutes. Is that the same fire for scallops? Or should I cook partially before I add them? If someone can help me it would be great! Also, if you have an awesome jambalaya recipe … I'll take that too.
