Is The Lamb Stew always good to eat?
So my wonderful wife started making lamb stew (http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes/recipe/0,, FOOD_9936_17859, 00.html) last night. She skipped all the ingredients and browned lamb. We would then leave in refrigerator overnight to cook in the crock pot today and eat tonight. Problem is someone (me) forgot to put in motion last night, he sat at room temperature for 9 hours. Is it possible that we can still safely eat this? thank you for everything and all points enlightened view …
Someone I knew left some Lamb and only a few hours before cooking and three days later she was dead.
