Cooker question! Help please?
I'm balls porcupine (meatballs with rice cooked in a sauce), I fried meatballs and they are about half cooked, a little bigger than a golf ball …. Can I put in the pot over low heat for 2 1 / 2 hours and the meat do? Im starting and my husband is serving dinner tonight (Oh) try to make it as easy as possible for him, they are fully immersed in a sauce fine to have lots of fluids .. They will be on WOR high time and low 1 1 / 2 hours 1 .. they are already quite strong so I think it will get better. Thank you all for the help .. Those who like the idea, I can give you the recipe if you want.
Yes definitely. Make sure there are many liquid there so they do not dry out and keep them at low heat. Good wife and mother! Congratulations!
