What are the vegetarian slow cooker recipes?
I have a crock pot and I use just yb / c I do not know what to do with it. I made the minestrone soup, but I would like other options
Vegetarian Chili 2 lbs. dry pinto beans 1 lg. can chopped tomatoes 4 LG. onions, chopped 4 Italian frying peppers, chopped 5 lg. cloves garlic, put it in the press 5 ribs celery, finely chopped 1 / 2 c. Italian parsley finely chopped 1 (12 ounces) beer v. 4-5 The wash water and soak the beans in hot water in a colander and rinse water changing several times. Soak about 30 minutes. Sauté onions, peppers and celery for about 5 to 10 minutes. Place the sautéed vegetables in a crockpot tall, add drained beans and mix. Add garlic, parsley, beer and water. Add the seasoning: 2 tbsp Tea. 2 v. to oregano. 2 v. Tea Worcestershire sauce. Cook cumin crockpot on low heat for about 10 hours. Adjust seasoning and add if necessary. Se freezes well.
