I put the beans in the crock pot (recipe says on high for 5 hours) but I do not soak! What will happen?
I make red beans and rice in a casserole, but this is my first time to use beans to anything. I knew I would not after all ingredients in the crockpot that I was supposed to have soaked the beans first? Does my beans to be edible after 5 hours in the crockpot?
They must be at elevated temperature for at least 8-10 hours for them to do.
