Ham and scalloped potatoes in crock pot?
Does anyone have a good recipe for scalloped potatoes and ham in the crockpot with potatoes frozen, not fresh? I used to have a recipe for it, but can not find it now. I'd like a relatively simple recipe, not a with many additional ingredients. Thank you!
This recipe can be adjusted very easily. Add your ham-and-trade favorite fried potatoes for scalloped. 10 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup 8 oz container sour cream 1-1/2 cups cheese Cojack grated 32 oz pkg. PREPARATION potatoes frozen hash brown: Spray 4-6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix soup, sour cream and cheese in a medium bowl and mix well. Pour half of potatoes in the prepared slow cooker. Cover with half of the mixture of sour cream. Top with remaining potatoes, then remaining mixutre sour cream, spreading evenly. Cover and cook on high for 3-1/2 to 4-1/2 hours.
