crockpot short ribs recipe
your best boneless beef short ribs cooking and / or recipe?

Do you just throw them on the grill, do the crock pot and simmer in a Dutch oven? etc.?

I want to dredge in flour mixtue and S & P and granulated garlic, parsley and a small bit of oregano. Can I cook in my cast iron Dutch oven on top of the stove, it has a lid and a handle. After they are nicely browned all over, I then add the chopped onions, chopped carrots and celery.
