crockpot short ribs
Cookin plate of ribs (beef) in the crock pot. Any suggestions?.

Want to serve with Risotto and vegetables. Simple is preffered. Thank you

Crock-Pot ® BBQ Short Ribs Ingredients: 6 pounds short ribs Dry Rub Spice Blend: 2 c. tablespoon kosher salt 1 tsp Tea pepper black freshly ground pepper 1 c. tablespoon garlic powder 1 tsp tablespoon onion powder 1 tsp tsp dried oregano 1 tbsp Tea Powder 1 tsp chilli tea 2 tbsp basil tablespoon paprika 1 / 4 cup packed brown sugar Preparation: Prepare Dry Rub spice mixture: In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, chili powder, paprika, brown sugar and mixed so homogeneous. Yield: about 1 cup Dry Mix Sprinkle spice mixture generously with short ribs dry mix blend of spices and massage into the meat. Place metal rack in the well of the Crock-Pot ® BBQ Pit. Stand the short ribs upright in the rack. Close the lid, set in high, and cook about 3-1/2 to 4 hours or until tender. Avoid lifting the lid to check that the end of cooking to prevent loss heat.
