shredded pork (Mexican) recipe?

I need a very good recipe for Mexican pork that you cook in slow cooker for hours. Yum!

I Got 2 for you: Mexican * 1 pounds pork loin roast boneless pork, cut into 1 inch * 1 (20 ounce) jar salsa * 4 oz chopped green chilies, drained * 15 oz black beans, rinsed and drained * 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese Directions cheese 1. In 4 quarts slow cooker, combine the pork, salsa, and green peppers. 2. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until pork is tender. 3. Add black beans. 4. Turn slow cooker to high and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes or until beans are heated. 5. Sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese. Pulled Pork Mexican Cooking time: 9 hours Ingredients: * 1 roasted boneless pork loin, about 2 1 / 2 pounds * 1 medium onion, minced * 2 cups barbecue sauce * 1 / 2 cup salsa * 2 tablespoons chili powder * 1 teaspoon cumin powder * 1 / 2 teaspoon garlic powder * 1 / 2 teaspoon oregano * 1 / 4 c. Tea black pepper * 1 / 8 tsp Tea ground red pepper or to taste * 1 / 2 teaspoon salt * 1 small green pepper, cut into strips * 1 small red pepper, chopped * 10 strips of flour tortillas (8-10 cm in diameter) Preparation: Remove excess fat from pork. Place the pork in the pot 3 1/2- 6 quarts; arrange onions on top. Mix barbecue sauce, salsa, herbs and spices and pour over pork. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or until the pork is very tender. Remove pork, place on a large plate. Use 2 forks to remove the pork into shreds. Pour the sauce into a bowl and stir pork. Saute the pepper strips in a little oil. Spoon filling onto tortillas, top with a little pepper strips, and roll. Serves 10.
