Boneless chicken breast without skin, how many calories?
I make barbecue chicken in a crock pot for dinner tonight with a cauliflower / Broccoli mixture to a big fat side of vegetables. I know how many calories are in the bbq sauce, vegetables …. chicken but not its own. I count calories. I live at 1300 a day and I'd like to keep (I am 21, 4'11ft great, and I'm about 80 – 100 pounds overweight) … I do not use oil or something for chicken, just chicken and barbecue sauce.
Although luck with your weight loss! I have no response to this piece. The calories in a chicken breast either, but I come to dinner!
