Easy recipe for stew, boneless pork?
We have 1.35 pounds of beef stew pork, and we are looking a recipe for that. Preferably a slow cooker / crock pot recipe. We are looking for something simple and cheap ingredients wise.
Pork Chile Verde 2-3 lbs pork (chops or roast) 1large can enchilda green chili sauce with garlic to taste (I use 1 cup) red pepper to taste (I use 1 cup) water to cover Brown pork, throw in the crock pot with other ingredients for 8 hours. Serve with cheese quesadillas.
