replacement beef seitan in a crock pot recipe?
I have a crock pot Beef stew favorite recipe before going vegetables. I was wondering if I can just replace the beef with Seitan? Special considerations to be taken to the cooking time if I do that? This would be my first time cooking with Seitan.
I would like to return the seitan in a skillet and add to stew a few minutes before it is made. Seitan get a tough cookie if cooked long term.
