I need a recipe for cube / Swiss steak for my crock pot?.
want to cook cube steak or Swiss steak tonight in my slow cooker revenue.
My Mom's Favorite cube steak recipe cube Dredge steaks in flour / salt / pepper / Brown in a skillet and place in slow cooker. Add carrot and fingers sliced onions. Cover with V8 juice. 2-3 pm from above or 5 hours down. Serve with crusty bread / biscuit / sticks of bread and a crisp green salad and / or potatoes cooked in the oven. Beef cubes are tender.
