I need a recipe foor slow cooked meat taco …?

Tomorrow I want to do beef or pork cooked slowly to bring in my soft taco ………….. I want to make in the crockpot … this type of beef or pork is good and you have a good recipe ???…. thnx in advance

Slow Cooked Beef for Tacos From Diana Rattray, INGREDIENTS: 2 pounds beef roast 1 cup chopped onion 1 chili powder 1 tablespoon oregano crushed 1 clove garlic, chopped green chilies 10 oz diced tomatoes 28 oz diced Preparation: meat in the casserole, top with remaining ingredients in order given. Cook on high for 5 hours or low 10 hours, until meat is tender. Undo meat with a wooden spoon, then cover and cook over low heat for 2 hours more. Shred the meat carefully with two forks and cook for another 30 minutes 1 hours. Serve tortillas rolled in flour, topped with lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream, black olives, guacamole or salsa.
