Super Bowl Party and wondering how to keep my food hot or less edible?
My husband is in the navy and the duty on Super Bowl Sunday, and the ship is allowing them to have a potluck. He volunteered me to make my bacon wrapped cocktail sausages. I'm ok with that, but figuring out how to keep them warm for a while. When they get cold bacon and softens the fat solids. I do not want that to happen. I I think that access to a microwave, I do not think I can bring a crock pot. Thank you for your ideas and your help.
I'm not sure where you live, but if you have a supply store near by the parties, they sell steam tables at low prices. Also, I keep you warm stoves with butane. Works great!
