Crockpot enchilada recipe?
I'm having a few friends to dinner on Monday, but I work late. They love cooking Mexican style Basic beef or chicken peppers, onions, tomatoes, tortillas … spices? This can be prepared in a slow cooker / crock pot?
I suggest you cook the meat with peppers, onions and tomatoes in the crock pot and then let them "do their own" to help us.
