question for Crockpot meatballs mini?

I am a party with cocktail-type inputs. I wanted to make a mini meatballs and curry keep them in a tomato curry sauce slow cooker. in the recipe below, but this is not a recipe Crockpot http://sajita.sulekha.com/blog/post/2008/04/meatball-curry-meatballs-in-tomato-sauce.htm Do I just add the sauce and meatballs cooked prior to the slow cooker and keep the heat just to keep warm? the meatballs will fall apart or get mashed? Most mini meatballs slow cooker recipes call for all products to be cooked in the pot and it takes 4.5 hours and I have no time for that. thank you!

I do not think they fall apart. They are just being kept warm, not bubbling away. Do they seem now because they are now? If so go ahead and just to be sure to keep in heat. I made meatballs and simmer, cooked in sauce for hours on the stove before and they were the same firmness before putting them into meatballs curry btw as it sounds like an impressive entrance for a party, can I come?
