Can anyone give me a recipe for Irish Oatmeal?

I have a few of these cookers and I'd like to try the oatmeal overnight. But all the recipes "I found that for large quantities in a larger crock pot. I need just enough for my husband and me.

Take a recipe and cut down, just be sure to keep proportions in check.
