Quick and easy beef boneless country style ribs recipe Chuck?
I just bought 2 pounds of boneless rib style chuck cattle. What is a good recipe that is easy and not more than 1 hour? I want him to offer, but I do not have a crock pot roast or open and my apartment has a regular oven (cooking and grilling options only). I have the spices, lemons, fresh onions, garlic, white wine, red wine sauce, Worchester sauce, soy, liquid smoke, hoisin sauce, chili sauce with garlic in my diet. "Student hungry" here lol. Thank you! *** NO crock pot or roasting pan *** Challenge eh? 
Garlic Prime Rib INGREDIENTS * 1 (10 pounds) * Prime rib roast 10 cloves garlic, minced * 2 tablespoons olive oil * 2 teaspoons salt * 2 teaspoons black pepper * 2 tbsp ground teaspoon dried thyme DIRECTIONS 1. Place roast in a roasting pan with the fat side on top. In a small bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and thyme. Spread the mixture over the layer of fat from the roast, the roast and let stand until either at room temperature, not more than one hour. 2. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C). 3. Cook roast for 20 minutes in the preheated oven oven, then reduce temperature to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and bake for an additional 60-75 minutes. Temperature Internal must be roasted at 145 degrees F (53 degrees C) for medium rare. 4. Let the roast rest for 10 or 15 minutes before carving so the meat can retain its juices. Try a California red wine like Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot.
