Apple Pudding Oatmeal in the slow cooker for 4 ½ hours 20 min 3 cups apples, peeled and diced 3 large eggs 1 / 2 cup flour (your preference) 3 / 4 cup oatmeal (preferably quick oats) 1 / 3 cup milk 1 cup sugar (I use honey) 1 1 / 2 c. tsp spices of pumpkin pie 1 / 4 c. tsp salt 2 tbsp tea baking powder 1 1 / 2 c. 1 tsp vanilla. Spray your crockpot with cooking spray. 2. Add apples cut up. 3. Add remaining ingredients. 4. Mix well. 5. It will air could not be sufficiently liquid when you first start mixing. But stick with it, work it! 6. Cover and cook on low heat for 4 hours. 7. Serve hot or cold.
