How to cook the roast in the crock pot?

I have about 5 Number of beef rump roast into 2 parts. I would cook in the pan for dinner (1:00 PM) tomorrow. I do not know how long or what are the best seasonings.

Wicked good Chicago style Italian Beef Sandwiches: 5 lbs rump roast 5 cloves garlic (crushed) 1 med. giardinara jar (including liquid) 2 med. pepperocini jars (including liquid) 1 package dressing Italian mix (powder package) 3 – Beef Bullion cubes 1 tsp Tea teaspoon black pepper 1 1 c. teaspoon dried parsley 1 tsp to tea 1 tablespoon dried oregano teaspoon dried basil 3 cups French bread, water charge in a medium saucepan over medium-high Mix everything but roast. frequentlyl Stir and bring to a boil. Place roast in a casserole dish and pour over roast. Cover and cook on low temperature for 10-12 hours or high setting for 6 to 8 hours periodically shredding it with a fork. Note: The meat is particularly good the second day. Refrigerate the beef Once you've finished with it, then reheat the next day. The flavors will be even better!
