How to thicken a soup / stew in the crockpot?
I prepare a simple beef stew / soup in my crock pot and I'm curious about best way to thicken a little. I know flour can do that, but I'm curious to know exactly how and when to add the flour, do I that at the beginning or the middle or closer to the end. Thoughts are appreciated.
